What do you actually build?
AI workflows and the products around them — internal tools, automations, brand packs and sites. Static and edge-first by default; a server only when state forces one.
How do you charge?
Fixed price per scoped piece of work, agreed in writing before anything starts, so there is no hourly meter running. Where work genuinely continues — the €49/mo site care plan, or a monthly slice for an AI system that needs tending — it is priced and cancellable month to month rather than locked in.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Code, domains, hosting accounts and analytics are in your name from the first day, not ours.
How small is too small?
Nothing is too small. One automation that removes a manual step is a good first project, and it tells us both far more than a discovery phase would.
